We are small, but profitable company. While our pay scales are not exactly the same as that of the big software consulting cos, we have been told that we pay according to industry standards.
We need web designers who are good at Flash, ActionScript. Knowledge of Flex 2.0 or above is great!
The positions can be on consulting/freelance basis too. We do support teleworking, but preference will be provided to Bangalore residents.
