DIQTech sells Linux in Microsoft bastion

DIQ Technologies through its marketing partner Namaste Media will be building number of web based solutions to Karnataka State Police Housing Corporation. Already the first phase of the pilot project is over.

To bring down the Total Cost of Ownership of Intranet solutions DIQ Technologies has commissioned a Linux web application Server  based on proven and tested Webzary platform.

This is said to be the first significant victory for Open Source in the bastion of Microsoft. Karnataka State Government is one of the biggest customers of Microsoft.

Linux web application server will host a number of web apps and web sites of KSPHC and its customers. DIQTech has already build http://www.ksphc.in.
